Refund and Cancellation policy /Terms & Conditions
For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) or through COD If it is store pickup.
If you wish to receive the Pay on Delivery order’s refund to your bank account, you can update the details of the bank account in the Your Account section or from the Returns Centre when you are returning an item.
Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your ItsMyEshop should match the name of the bank account holder.
If there is Product Damage or Any changes in product Variants, You can send Back to ItsMyEshop Store. There should be a Opening Parcel Video immediately done after Delivery done to you.
You need to return Product to ItsMyEshop store within 24-48 hours(within delivery time).
There will be Replacement of Product for the first time of returning Product.
If there is any problem with the replacement product, then there will be Refund Amount.
Refund will be done with in 5-10 business days (If only the product has damage and after replacement of Product for one time)
